Pleasant tasting with an aromatic fragrance, Weleda Nursing Tea supports relaxed and harmonious breastfeeding. This traditional and nourishing tea is made from a proprietary blend of organic herbs which supports lactation and aids digestion for both mother and child. This is a soothing and calming tea which is easy and convenient to prepare.
Containing 100% certified organic plant ingredients, including anise, fennel, caraway, fenugreek and leaves from lemon verbena – all traditionally used for lactation support and promote healthy milk flow. Carminative and antispasmodic actions help to relive indigestion, colic and flatulence (gas), bloating and fullness.
Add 1 tea bag to a cup of boiling water. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Drink up to 3 cups daily.
