Returns Policy

Please email us at info@milkbarbreastpumps.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can try to resolve any problems.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if the item have been dropped or broken. We don’t accept change of mind returns for personal care items including breast pumps to ensure the integrity of these products being sent to our customers.

All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging to our mailing address. All postage and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer. Milkbar Breastpumps is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit & therefore we advise customers to return items via registered post and take out insurance to cover these events. Please note original shipping costs are not refundable.
