Choose the breast shield size that fits you comfortably and attach it securely to the pump.
Place the assembled pump inside your nursing bra, ensuring it sits snugly and comfortably.
Turn on the pump and select your preferred mode: Stimulation, Expression, or Mixed.
Adjust the suction level to a comfortable setting using the controls.
Pump for the desired time while the device collects milk hands-free.
When finished, turn off the pump and carefully remove it from your bra.
Detach all parts and clean them thoroughly after each use.
Sterilize the components as recommended to maintain hygiene.

Wash all parts except the pump motor in warm, soapy water before and after each use, following Australian Breastfeeding Association guidelines. Avoid using the dishwasher or UV steriliser, as these can shorten the lifespan of the parts.

Pay special attention when cleaning the valve and diaphragm to prevent damage or tears.

Allow all parts to air dry completely before storing.
